We begin with an in-home consultation for Occupied Staging to create a budget-friendly plan that showcases your home in the best possible light. If additional furniture or accessories are required, AshleyDawn Design will provide a personalized quote for staging services, including inventory.

VACANT STAGING
Furnish your empty space with furniture, accessories, soft goods, and artwork.
We aim to showcase the lifestyle that potential buyers could enjoy by purchasing your well-maintained and beautifully furnished home. Once you have moved out, we stage the essential rooms of your vacant property before your listing photos and first open house.
Our focus is on creating a customized stage that reflects the home's character and impresses potential buyers. We use our creativity and thoughtful designs to provide the best possible staging services, leveraging our unique layered and memorable style.
Pricing:
* Minimum vacant stage: $2,000 plus delivery fee, based on property square footage and rooms to be staged.
* We provide a complimentary staging quote for each home, which is tailored to the property's specific needs. We will need to see the house in person to provide a detailed staging quote.
